IHRA Joins Outlaw and Pro Pulling Leagues

The Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Association (OTTPA) and the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) are excited to announce another major alliance. They are joining forces with a third big group, the Hot Shot's Secret Pro Pulling League (PPL), to form an all-new Alliance. This collaboration is expected to make the sport of truck and tractor pulling much bigger and better!
