This transmission cooling racing part is also universal; it's able to block the sun's rays and cooling down other components: intake manifolds, air-induction systems, intake charge pipes, supercharger manifolds, turbo setups, floor pans, fuel cells, fuel regulators, hood scoops, and a variety of other race car parts that can all incorporate these cooling components.
When activated by water, then stored in an ice chest or refrigerator, wraps can reach near-freezing temperatures. They’ll gradually return to 20 degrees below room temperature before having to be recooled.
If they’re used frequently, you can store the wraps in a refrigerator or ice chest. If only used occasionally, hang-dry them until you're ready to reuse them; to reactivate, soak the wraps for one hour before using them again.
