Wheel Cover Rules Bulletin for WOO at Knoxville and Eldora

In 2026, Knoxville Raceway and Eldora Speedway will only permit right side (front and rear) wheel covers for World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series events. Left side (front and rear) wheel covers will be considered illegal at these events.

Please be aware that loss of a wheel cover will come with a minimum of a $500 fine as stated in the 2026 World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series rulebook.

Knoxville Raceway has asked that your car number be placed on the inside and outside of your wheel cover.
