Race Technologies appoints Sean Crawford as President and Chief Revenue Officer
Race Technologies, a global partner in performance braking and aftermarket solutions for automotive and powersports applications, has announced the appointment of Sean Crawford as its new President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
In this role, Crawford will be responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening market presence, and shaping the company’s long-term vision.
Crawford brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the high-performance automotive and powersports industries, with a proven record of scaling global brands, building high-performing teams, and driving product innovation.
Most recently, Crawford served as Chief Product Officer and previously as Chief Marketing Officer at Holley Performance Products, where he led product strategy and brand growth initiatives across one of the largest names in the performance aftermarket. Prior to Holley, he served as President of JE Pistons, leading the organization’s vision, strategy, and execution.
Crawford also held leadership positions at Race Winning Brands and Performance Motorsports International, where he drove marketing, product innovation, and business expansion. His career has been defined by a consistent focus on the racing and high-performance markets, with deep ties to both automotive and powersports enthusiasts.
Beyond his professional background, Crawford is a lifelong automotive and powersports enthusiast, deeply connected to the performance community he now serves. He has also volunteered his time with various Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) councils and initiatives, contributing his expertise to help advance the industry.
