Nova Motorsport named sponsor and tire supplier for British Hillclimb Championship
Nova Motorsport, a new global tire brand and licensed manufacturer of Avon Motorsport tire products, has signed a five-year title sponsorship deal with the British Hillclimb Championship (BHC). The championship will now officially be known as the ‘Motorsport UK British Hillclimb Championship presented by Nova Motorsport’.
The agreement builds on the legacy established by Avon Motorsport with the BHC. Supported by BMTR, Nova will supply Avon Motorsport tires and products under the partnership, with plans to develop additional products in the future.
The 30-round ‘Motorsport UK British Hillclimb Championship presented by Nova Motorsport’ kicks off at Prescott in Gloucestershire on April 20/21, 2024.
The Nova Motorsport team will attend the first round of the championship, with further announcements about the brand’s products and partnerships expected in the coming weeks.
A team of experienced former Avon Motorsport personnel, including Jack Price, has joined Nova Motorsport to spearhead product development and support within the BHC.
