POLE POSITION NORWAY
Pole Position Norway is a non-profit motorsport organization dedicated to innovation, education, and accessibility in racing. Founded with a passion for engineering and competition, we work to bridge the gap between youth development, technical education, and professional motorsport.
Our main initiative, Formula Hybrid, is a Norwegian-developed single-seater race program created in cooperation with the Norwegian Motorsport Federation (NBF) and inspired by international junior formulas. The project combines electric and hybrid technology with an educational platform for schools, technical colleges, and young drivers.
Pole Position Norway also collaborates with international partners such as STEM Racing and B-Zero/Funsport to establish structured, affordable pathways into motorsport—covering everything from vehicle construction and team management to sustainable race operations.
By combining innovation, technical expertise, and social engagement, Pole Position Norway aims to strengthen the Scandinavian motorsport ecosystem and inspire the next generation of engineers, mechanics, and drivers.
