Inside Sales Desk Associate is responsible for handling all inside sales transactions on Point of Sale (POS) system including credit card, house accounts and cash buyers. Handle incoming phone orders, return calls to customers, vendors and carriers, expedite shipping and send emails and faxes. Sales associate will be responsible for inventory management includes placing requests for reorder of inventory, receiving product into the POS inventory, keeping management reports up to date and readily available. Requires lifting 40 pounds or more. Personal safety equipment will be provided. Reports to Store Manager. Position is full time, paid weekly in arrears, paid time off is 1.5 hours per week (80 hours for typical year and 40 hours may be carried over to the next year). Hourly Pay with bonus commission.
