First published in 2021, the Sustainable Circuits Index™ (SCI™) is a one-of-its-kind, industry-leading report providing an annual assessment of the sustainability performance of global motorsport venues. Alongside the Sustainable Championships Index (SChI™), it forms one of the central pillars of the Sustainable Motorsport Index™ (SMI™) suite of reports documenting the motorsport industry’s progress and ongoing sustainability journey. The indices aim to support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sector. To avoid any conflicts of interest, all SCI™ data collected is independently reviewed by an external academic panel.
