The International Council of Motorsport Sciences (ICMS) is an organization of professional persons in the scientific, medical, and educational aspects of the human element in motor sport.

Members of ICMS recieve a discounted rate for attending ICMS events such as our Annual Congress and Race Track Safety Program.

Membership in the ICMS is open to individuals whose professional activities and / or interests are associated with motorsport such as:
•Individuals who hold a valid racing license
•Medical practitioners including doctors and professors
•Engineers in all categories of motorsport
•Racetrack owners and promoters
•Automobile designers and constructors
•Safety and rescue team members
•Nurses, paramedics and other track medical personnel
•Race team managers, principals and owners
•Kinesiologists and biomechanists
•Safety and vehicle testing specialists
•Sanctioning body officials and track workers
•Other participants interested in the human aspect of motorsport

There are three (3) categories of membership in the ICMS. The level of your membership depends on your occupation or field(s) of interest. Associate Membership: $100.00 per year. Science & Education Membership: $200.00 per year. Medecine (Doctor or Professor/Equivalent) Members: $300 per year.
