Women in Motorsports NA Announces Board Leadership Transition and Distinguished Board Appointments
Building on a record-setting 2025 that featured continued growth and momentum, Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) today announced a significant leadership transition and the appointment of prominent industry leaders to its Board of Directors.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by motorsports leaders Lyn St. James and Beth Paretta, WIMNA has the singular mission to Advance, Connect, and Enable women across all areas of the motorsports industry.

WIMNA welcomes Lauri Eberhart as Incoming President of the Board and honors Lyn St. James as Past President for her extraordinary leadership and enduring impact on the organization’s growth and national visibility.

NEWLY APPOINTED WIMNA BOARD MEMBERS
| Lauri Eberhart, Founder and Managing Member of Eberhart Law, PLLC and former CEO of Friends of Laguna Seca, bringing extensive experience in sports law, motorsports operations, and executive leadership, including serving as General Counsel and executive leader for Speedway Motorsports and Charlotte Motor Speedway.
| Sarah Fisher - A trailblazer in motorsports and the record holder for the most Indianapolis 500 starts by a woman, with nine starts in nine attempts. Fisher brings deep experience as a team owner and former IndyCar driver with expertise in competition, ownership, and athlete development.
| Ed Holloran III — Partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP, where he serves as National Chair of Motorsports Law and Office Chair of Health Law in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
| Bill Long — Former President and CEO of MEMA and a respected motorsports executive, previously serving as Vice President of Marketing for the IndyCar Series and as a corporate officer for NASCAR’s weekly racing series and nine touring divisions.
| Heather Masterson — A respected People Operations executive with enterprise leadership experience across motorsports, automotive, and franchised service organizations. She currently serves as Head of People Operations for Spire Motorsports.
| Deborah Murphy — An energizing leader known for building high-performing teams and strong stakeholder relationships. She leads and develops the procurement team supporting execution and build of the Power Unit for Cadillac Formula 1 racing.
| Terri Talbert-Hatch — A seasoned professional with expertise in engineering education, motorsports, and consulting. She served as Adjunct Faculty in the School of Engineering & Technology at IUPUI and recently retired as an administration consultant for Dallara USA.
