Through Masperotech, ECMotorsport provides access to the development and industrial supply of high-quality forged components in aluminium and other non-ferrous alloys for structural and suspension-related applications, where mechanical performance, process repeatability and manufacturing robustness are essential.
Simulation-driven engineering support
Through HGE GmbH, a specialised engineering service provider, ECMotorsport supports simulation-driven development activities including vehicle dynamics, structural analysis and selected CAE assessments, helping customers de-risk design choices, support validation paths and align performance targets.
Copper-alloy components for e-powertrain systems
Through CMO, ECMotorsport also extends its scope to copper-alloy components for e-powertrain applications, including busbars, terminals and other high-current conductive elements for low-, medium- and high-voltage systems, where electrical performance, thermal behaviour and manufacturing quality are critical.
